Refund Policy

GigJoint Refund Policy

At GigJoint, we are committed to delivering reliable services that protect, promote, and connect creative professionals. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

1. Copyright & Registration Services

Once a copyright or registration request is submitted and processing has begun, all sales are final. This includes services involving submission to the U.S. Copyright Office, publishing setup, or royalty collection support.

  • If your form was submitted in error and no processing has occurred, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
     
  • If an error occurs on our part, we will correct the issue at no additional cost or offer a refund where appropriate.
     

2. Booking Services (Musicians, DJs, & Live Performances)

GigJoint does not issue refunds for completed bookings unless:

  • The performer fails to show without just cause.
     
  • The event is canceled by the patron and cancellation terms outlined in the contract allow for a refund.
     

All booking deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Patrons and performers are encouraged to review and agree on clear cancellation terms during the booking process.

3. App Submissions and Provider Membership

For providers (musicians, DJs, entertainers) submitting applications or subscribing to paid memberships:

  • If you cancel within 7 days of payment and your profile has not been activated or marketed, you are eligible for a full refund.
     
  • Once your profile is live and/or promoted through our platform or events, no refund will be issued.
     

4. Live Events (Hosted by GigJoint)

Tickets to GigJoint-hosted events are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer. In such cases, attendees may request:

  • A full refund
     
  • Or credit toward a future event
     

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email Info@gigjoint.com with:

  • Your full name
     
  • Order or submission ID
     
  • Date of purchase
     
  • Reason for request
     

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7–10 business days if approved.
