GigJoint Terms of Use

By submitting your information to be listed as a performer on GigJoint, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms apply to all musicians, artists, and performers approved for inclusion on the platform.

By submitting your profile to GigJoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner when engaging with potential clients and platform representatives.

• You agree to provide accurate and current information, including bios, contact details, images, music samples, and availability.
• You agree to respond promptly to inquiries about bookings from GigJoint staff.
• You agree to arrive on time and prepared for any confirmed performances.
• You grant GigJoint permission to use your submitted content (photos, music, videos, and bio) to promote your services.

• GigJoint coordinates bookings between artists and clients.
• You will be notified via email and/or push notifications when a client expresses interest.
• Booking confirmations and event details will be finalized through direct communication facilitated by GigJoint.

• You may be booked with a deposit from the client, which holds the date.
• If you fail to show up to a confirmed event without valid notice or a legitimate emergency:
  
  • You will be required to refund the full deposit to the client.
  • You may also be suspended from future bookings or permanently removed from the platform.

• You retain ownership of any media or music submitted.
• You authorize GigJoint to display and share this content for promotional and booking purposes.

GigJoint reserves the right to remove or suspend any artist profile for misconduct, no-shows, or violation of these terms without prior notice.

GigJoint is not responsible for venue conditions, payment disputes, or incidents occurring during live events. GigJoint is not the employer or direct contractor of any artist listed on the platform.

GigJoint may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be shared via email and reflected on the platform.
